Booth Rental

Black’s Old & New Mall is always looking for new vendors to help us offer a diverse selection of merchandise at discounted prices to our shoppers. Initially, vendors must rent booths on our 2nd floor, with the opportunity to move to the ground floor as spaces become available.

Booths are rented based on square footage, with various sizes available at different price points. Ground floor booths rent for $1.50 per square foot and upstairs booths rent for $1.00 per square foot. Vendors pay a 10% commission of monthly sales. Additionally, Black's provides the ability for our vendors to check their sales daily.

Pricing examples:

A booth upstairs ($1.00/sq ft) that is 10 x 10 square foot would be $100 a month to rent.
A booth downstairs ($1.50/sq ft) that is 6 x 6 square foot would be $54 a month to rent.
For the 10% commission, if you sold $120 in a month, Black's receives $12 of that.

Black's vendor agreements are month to month and require a 30-day notice to close.

Vendors have access to a freight elevator and loading dock for easy loading and unloading of large items and furniture for themselves and customers. We also have push carts and dollies available to use.
